How do I get a quote?

Are Cleaning Solutions Provided?

All cleaning solutions, equipment, towels, and mop are included within our janitorial proposal.

What if I am not satisfied with our service?

Quality is our utmost importance. We adjust our schedule and cleaning checklist to fit your facility needs.

How does invoicing work?

Invoices are submitted the first of each month, for the entire month. 30 Day Net payable by check, Direct Deposit or Credit Card.

Are there any commitments or contracts?

G.C.S does request a minimum of 1 year contract depending on size of contract. G.C.S. currently maintains contracts ranging from 1,3, even 5 year contracts.

Why should I have your carpets cleaned?

While there are many reason to have your carpets and upholstery cleaned. Here are a few we feel are important: Warranty– many carpet manufacturers require you to have your carpets cleaned professionally once each year to keep the warranty valid. Health-carpets can create the potential to cause a variety of health issues, especially to those suffering from allergies., and Appearance– maintain the original look and luster of your carpet with regularly scheduled cleanings.

Do we use truck mount?

Yes, our cleaning equipment is truck mounted with state of the art new technology heads and wands.  Truck mounts are 10 times more powerful than portable equipment, allows faster drying times, and minimizes equipment and debris being brought into your home.

Do we move furniture?

This is a tricky one, but yes we move basic furniture such as couches, love seats, recliners, dinning room table and chairs. We will NOT move: grandfather clocks, beds, china cabinets, full book shelves, entertainment centers, pool tables, and computer desks.
